Engineers High Grade Emissions.... The latest FD Nerf?

Greetings CMDRs.... Having played the 'RNGineers' since their release, and becoming pretty good at collecting the various mats etc... I have recently noticed that the latest 'fixes' now seems to have reduced the spawn rate for High Grade Emissions by about 80 to 90%!
Has anyone else recently noticed this too?

No I got several last night in Sol. It seems very system dependent to me, plus RNG thrown in.

I actually made a similar thread when 2.2.0 dropped, it's just the nature of RNG.

Yes, seems to be completely RNG dependent... A few days ago I entered SOL and got 3 high grade emissions in a row, all within 10 minutes or so... next day I spent an hour in SC before getting the first one.

Nothing has changed in regard of HGEs. In 2.1.05 you could fly around for an hour and see none, only to get 4 in a row right after that.
