As one of us space truckers with a large vessel (Type-9), being mugged by Cmdr pirates have been a real problem, and I would imagine many of you flying Type-6, Type-7, Type-9 or Clipper may feel the same. Now, I know each of us may all have a couple of low profile, juicy trading routes that you may wanna keep it to yourselves, and it's understandable.
However, it would probably help each others out if we could share some of the systems, while profitable, the water is murky and we should NOT go, and I'll be glad if we could share with each other.
Here are two systems in which I myself have been mugged:
Adeo: I've been mugged three times there. From a reliable source I heard that there might be two player-driven factions in Adeo and at least one of them is mostly pirates.
Gliese 868: It's one of the systems that stems a lot of profitable trades to nearby systems, and while going through there, hollowed squares are constantly crawling across my radar. I've been mugged once (though I managed to win the fight) and I've heard similar stories.
