high tech economies

Does anyone know of any high tech economies that aren't also refinerys. The only one I know of is Obsidian Orbital.

Off the top of my head, no, but if you go take eddb and search for resonating separators you'll find them - high-tech refinery economies never produce them, but they are produced by high-tech economies.
