I always wondered what the highest fuel consumption for a ship would be... So I refitted my Vette a little bit, here's the build if you wish. Obviously it's G5 overcharged with monstered on the experimental.
I then removed all the weapons since they don't use contribute to fuel usage while in supercruise. Afterwards, I added some AFMUs and shield cell banks until I got as close to 52.91 MW of power I could.
The result? "Only" 4.23 tonnes per hour in normal space, and a massive 4.95 tonnes per hour consumption while in supercruise. Shame it doesn't reach 5.00
