I'd love to see an option to click a guest, and turn on notifications for them. Their thoughts/needs would show up as a notification or pop-up until they leave the park, or you deselect their notifications.
This would help a lot to see what needs are not being met for new people entering the park, where more shops are needed, where more Janitors are needed etc.
