We are facing a fate similar to Roman Empire's: too much expansion, impossible to manage or fund -> collapse...
The only difference is that the Roman Empire lasted for centuries. Here we are talking about... one month?
So I would suggest to other Powers to watch carefully their CC upkeep, and how they expand.
