HIP 12099 Missing some planets??

Today we got the update 3 for Odyssy. I startet the game, looked around, made some missions and than said '' i should get some Data so i can start engineering ''. Well i went to HIP 12099 to go to the Jameson Crash site (wich i went 2days ago too). Well what do you know the whole moon and some more Planets/moons are missing. I did run a Check on Steam to see if the game is missing some files, everthing is normal, no missing files. I did try both Horizon and Odyssy yet still HIP 12099 is missing some planets/moons. Anyone know something about this situation? I did look on some forums but found only old threads, nothing up to date.

I've seen this bug mentioned several time. Probably a known issue and could be on the tracker already.

I think the Empire have a new moon sized space station.
