HIP 54530 Pemit - What system to go to inorder to get allied?

does not have any information for systems that you can go to and get allied with a controlling faction so you can get a permit for HIP 54530.

Does anyone know what system to go to that has a faction from HIP 54530 that controls a station?

According to the permit thread they're not in any system outside permit system, therefore as far as is known the permit is unobtainable. You could fly around the area and see if they have recently expanded anywhere.

I randomly got the same message as well right before the shutdown, but I'm in Colonia.

Nice that it's unlocked, but would have been nice if cmdrs had to do something. Permit locked systems can be good as they keep supplies of things that get depleted (like palladium) better than normal systems. Ah well, the galaxy has become a little less complex, many will be happy

He's rich so bought a private island. Only now he done folked up so pilot's federation got rid of his privacy privilege. Iirc Richard Branson owns a private island outright
