I want to have the ability to hire any and all staff in the park. I want to be able to choose, and train staff members. Even staff members that are apart of stores now. I want to be able to hire staff depending on what I can afford and what kind of work they'll do.
Cheap Staff (very affordable, and keeps your park running at the minimum requirement.)
-fools around, doesn't get tasks completely finished
-makes guests frustrated
-takes longer to complete tasks
-wastes food/drink/general shop supplies
Good Staff (medium cost, keeps park running smoothly)
-does tasks at a decent rate, makes minor mistakes
-keeps to the job task
Excellent Staff(higher cost, works fast, keeps park guests happy)
-does their jobs quick and efficient
-takes their job seriously, no mistakes
-uses half the supplies needed
-makes guests happy
