I just finished my 2024 season and hired Sainz as a 2nd driver in My Team Careers, and as soon as the 2025 started, I'm missing the second driver (Sainz). The 2024 driver (Tsunoda) gets like a free agent instead of being hired for another team.
Here is before the season finishes:
