HIRES - Wings-conterproductive mechanisms ?

TL:dr
Having the last couple of months primarily focused on bounty hunting in earnest ( 165 mill. credits) both as
solo hounter and hunting in wing I have noticed a few pecularities. These oddities I cannot prove but the seem to be empirical,
i.e. this is what happends all the time.
Bounty hunting in HIRES (High Intensity Ressource Extraction Sites) should first and foremost take place in systems in turmoil or civil war or places with low security rating.
It is possible to Bounty Hunt in Hisec systems, but the RNG is seriously working against you, and resetting the instance may be a chore.
On the other hand when bounty hunting in Losec, chances are that 1 or 2 resets will be sufficient for a lucrative spawn.
However when in a wing this mechanic is not given anymore, and is somehow subverted in a fashion.
My findings are as follows:

1. I you wing up before "checking" out a Hires, you disadvantage yourself as chance of goood spawn is much less frequent.
2. If Wing consists of different ranks, always let higest rank investigate HIRES as spawn then will become higher ranking
3. If you want to "wing" a HIRES do as follows: High ranking goes in checks. if clipper, python, dropship, (Diamondback ?) appear as "wanted", its a go , wing up and drop in.
be advised though that instance WILL completely die after some time ( 2 -3 mill credits/ 2 CMDR's) and you will have to start over.Tis I dont understand as when solo max gain for
me has been roughly 9 mill in one instance, where I had to leave, instance was not dead.
4. If when investigating instance you dont see as described above jump out and in again, but DONT wing up before the spawn is right.
5. Anacondas dont appear in HIRES anymore.

The counterproductive in FD's setup of RES sites is that there is no increase in difficulty when you wing up and no increase in high value target, quite the contrary!
The toughness of the RES stays the same and even a tripple python "wanted" wing Deadly are easily countered with a combat Vuture /python wing.
IMO opinion ther needs to be tougher fights for wings, or it just ends as a walk in the park.

These observations have been observed in solo/groups/open play.

This is what has ruined res for me.
Its just broken. Either the system and ecomical setting is right to spawn a believable scenario or it isnt.

At the moment anyone wanting to make money easily from res now have to keep reseting until you get a good spawn.

Take a step back and look at what you are doing. Login in fly to a res reset reset and reset. Get a spawn play a couple of hours log off. Repeat.

Repetative grind. How shallow is this. Same as trading.

Im trying to do missions not as profitable but it sorta flows as playing the game. I love this game but when stepping back to look at it there are so many things just wrong with it at the moment.
