Hit list?

Is there a place in the game where there is just a list of bounties? Cause if not, I kinda want to set up a site where there is just a hit list for wanted criminals, or a way to hire personal bounty hunters.

In station news - you can view the highest bounties for that faction, and the last known whereabouts of the murderous swine

Note names and locations, and feel free to hunt them down and boil them. Do note however, that a couple really are good pilots as well as murderous swine - so either take spamloads of missiles or lots of friends with big sticks
