Howdy fellow commanders! The new version of HITS is out now!

HITS now submits crime scene evidence (attacker and location) to the HITS central database when you are attacked. This will help give earlier warnings in the future when innocent ships encounter known criminals.

looks great - buggered if i can get it to work as a plugin with EDMC though.

I see nothing written in-game.
The installation guide says something about 'to "unblock" the EDMCOverlay.exe program'

There is no such exe in the msi setup. Have I forgotten something to do?

EDIT: aahhhh.... you have to install that EDMCOverlay project too in the EDMC plugin folder

Is this tool still working?

I've extracted HITS and EDMCOverlay-master into EDMC Plugins directory but I don't get anything when jumping between systems.

They are both shown as enabled Plugins in the settings menu for EDMC.
