Is it my imagination, or have PS4 forum posts increased exponentially since ED went live? I'm having a hard time keeping up!! Here I thought it would be just the opposite, that we would all be too busy playing, and the forum would become a ghost town.

Or perhaps I've been the one playing too much and have gotten behind, but I really don't think so. We must be an excited group of folk here!

I'm usually on the forum while in supercruise. It has contributed to many loops of shame.

You must have "supercruise control". I sure wish I did. I take my eye off it for 10 seconds and boom, overshoot! Hey FDev, I don't need no docking computer, but please give us a Supercruise autopilot computer. I'd pay lots of credits for that!!

One of the best things I ever did was map 75% throttle to a controller shortcut (I use B and lb on the xbox controller).
Just hit that before you reach the 6 second mark and it will bring you in at optimal speed without the need for 'loops of shame'

I think you're seeing more players coming here and reddit for info, help, questions, etc. due to the steep learning curve. I know I had to google a few things last night when I get stuck lol

This community seems to be really awesome thus far though, especially for a console crowd.

It's a different mindset here for sure. There is no console war junk either. If I see a question I can answer I will answer it. Sometimes it will be sarcastic, but more times than not it will be good info!

Lol, You will still get that, but it won't be as often. Some of the most heated "discussions" have been based around to pew or not to pew, with some talk of mother fornicating thrown in for good measure (that part is in game though)! Good thing is that you could partition yourself away either in Solo, or PG with like minded Commanders.
