"Home" bind for UI Panels please.

This has been asked for plenty of times in the past.

I use macros for things like docking request, turning NAV beacon to TEAM/OFF and to toggle REPORT CRIMES against me off and on amongst other things.
It would be ideal if one of two things were implemented...

a) a key bind to reset all the TABS in the selected UI panel and position the focus to a home position (ie default panel and tab positions when game first starts)
...or...
b) simply do not wrap the UI Tab forward past the last tab or backwards past the first tab
This seems to be done for the 'Role' panel but not for 'Comms' , 'System' or 'Target' panels.

It’s intentionally done that way to hinder automation. While a blind eye is turned to macros, I don’t see them changing things to make it easier to use something that’s technically against the ToS.
