I figured a thread for planetary creations would be an idea.... so here it is..

And to kick us off I have created a moon...

and again but with some shadow..

Nice pictures, have you considered perhaps doing a planetary oxp for Oolite? Lots of great work going on in that community in improving the the look of the planets.

Actually I found the guide independently of noticing that thread and sent it to Psykokow, but great to see other people using it too.

yeah that deviant art one produces some nice planets, but its worth trying out other tutorials as most have different techniques that are not covered in the deviant art one.

Thank you for that Alien Psykokow be advised if you do start to create oxps I have herd that it can become quite addictive as there is always something more to add to that game no matter how strange as this extensive oxp list shows.
