I'm now a month in ED being exploring.
When I come home I want to sell my data at a system that will become mine home.
Now it is so that mine home is a poor space hub what for improvements can I do to make it lesser poor.

I think you need to see what and how exactly the new update version 1.3 brings to determine that other than finding a system with more population...

There is little if anything you can do to enrich a station on your own.
If you sell your data, do missions etc, they might expand to other stations, but on your own this will be very very difficult if the other stations in the system have any reason for anyone to use them

Your rep will boost with the station you sell the data at. If you have a month worth of data and you have been surface scanning everything I would bet you will go directly to friendly with any station you sell your data at.

Outside of that nothing much will be affected.
