General / Off-Topic Hope the new Tomorrow People has the same opening titles

I could go on rant about AoS too. At least it does seem to be improving.

Joss Whedon has earned himself a massive Get-Out-of-Jail-Free card with what he's done in the past, and there's been the occasional footprint of his in the series to hold my interest.

Haven't noticed his name on too many episodes, that might be the problem. He had a lot of input into each script in his old shows, his Avengers commitments might be keeping him away.

Watched the first three episodes, and I was mildly entertained but, for me it's poorly done with inconsistencies and sub-par scripting. I suppose as a kids TV it could be okay, but I'm guessing it's targeted at a older audience. Over all disappointed, I may give it another go to see if it improves.

I just watched the first three episodes as well. It is better than I expected but it is very.... juvenile... Not as bad as Marvels Agents of Shield though.
The plots and characters do have depth and some potential as well... it seems...
Fingers crossed it improves and doesn't turn to crap. And if it does improve they don't cancel it immediately it gets a bit intelligent.

<edit> Up to episode 10 now. It gets worse. More and more a one dimensional mix of tedious drama and insipid characters where the main hook is always some kind of juvenile issue and what's more that whole mix you just have to turn off both your brain and any sense of how people get things done in order to watch it at all. What is more, I have no idea why it is called the tomorrow people because it resembles the UK show not at all. </edit>
