There is an attempt at making a game that's capable of something similar. It's called Star Citizen.

I think I saw that movie. It's called Ready Player One no? Frontier can barely make one game at a time.

Someone just needs to make a common launcher, then when you land on a planet you can launch the Planet (insert name here) game.
