Horizons 4.0 Steam update issues

I have the most updated launcher from steam, and it has Horizons 4.0 listed when I launch the game. When I highlight Horizons 4.0 instead of START is says INSTALL. When I click install it just sits forever on preparing for update. Anything I can do to get this upgrade to come through? Really want to see how 4.0 runs on my machine.

For anyone else with this issue I saw further down the board someone said just to wait and it would eventually go. After like 10-15 minutes it did finally start to do stuff..... just gotta be patient I suppose. The meter doesnt really seem to reflect the installs progress very well until it hits Sync and even then doesnt move much
