Horizons - any content now or just future

Just wondering if I should get it now or wait till there is actual content behind it. I bought base game so if there is nothing in the ps4 version right now for Horizons I'll hold off until the content releases.

IMO of course but totally worth it for planetary landings & the 'alien' content alone.

Plus if you play in Open being able to engineer your ship will help you. The base game is still great though ;)

Yes. PS4 has all the Horizons content currently released on PC and Xbox, with 2.4 The Return (of the Thargoids) still to come.

Yeah all that's there, you are bang up to date with the PC and XBox versions.

Horizons has been running for 1.5 years, the last update is coming through currently (in parts) 2.4.

This last bit is essentially story elements around the introduction of the Thargoids, and a few quality of life changes.

If you are enjoying the game, I would say Horizons is a must.

Agree with all the above - but try out the base game for a bit - if you don't get on with the basics I don't think Horizons will change your mind, but if you enjoy it then Horizons is where it's at :)
