Horizons crashing on launch

Horizons is crashing on launch. I've run validation from steam - no issues were found.
I've run my virus checker in quick mode and run checks against the program file. Again, no issues were found.
I've tried re-booting before launching the game.

Two Three crash reports have been sent to FDev - though the game has crashed without generating the reports too.

What has changed on my system? I know Discord ran an update this morning, but I've tried rebooting and launching ED without launching Discord ... ED still crashes.


Any hints to get the game running would be gratefully recieved.

It varies.
I'm docked at a station. On my last launch, I got into game, the cockpit built up, but the dock did not.
Usually, I don't get that far.

I'm having weird issues with my Horizons too atm (there's another thread about can't launch the game), I'm wondering if it's all related.
