Horizons for Mac

Any idea how long after the PC release, the Mac client will be available? Seems rather odd (Or maybe it doesn't) that you would release one without the other.

I really look forward too it!

Nope. MB has already said the Mac version comes later. But no date.

I'd like to know: if one purchases the beta package (for Windows), will that grant access to the OS X beta, when it exists?

That's how it worked before, so I would lean toward saying yes.

I bought it and have both Mac and PC downloads available for beta:

OSX version of ED was released after the PC version, so while annoying, not really unexpected.

Uh oh, I just did the same based upon this - no Mac download!

EDIT: I contacted support, and was kindly refunded. I do like Frontier support.

Huh? Wierd - sorry if I somehow misled you. Just checked my store and it's still listed. In fact I've downloaded the launcher to confirm it worked.

No worries. Are you a kickstarter or something? Could be that, if so. I definitely didn't have that option.

So I'm playing Horizons on my PC. I land on a planet, and log out. I then try to log in to my commander on my Mac but Horizons hasn't come out. What happens?

Nope, I pre-ordered the mercenary edition before the full launch but that is it. This is the first time I've had beta access, but thought it was worth the extra tenner

Not sure if this has been answered elsewhere, but does anyone know if the Lifetime Expansion Pass applies to the Mac as well as PC?

EDIT: Well, let's hope so, as I just bought it! (Someone on the news thread has told me it does, so I should be OK.)

EDIT 2: Yes, just had this confirmed by Frontier.
