Horizons Horizons freezing at main menu (Ticket Raised)

Anyone else had the problem with Horizons freezing at the main menu after clicking on Start game? (before you get to the Online, Solo etc)

I've raised a ticket but wondering if anyone has seen or has a work around?

Was it working before? The blanket fix at the moment seems to be Validating your game files from the options on the launcher.

It was the first game start since downloading the update.

However, good news...

Having a cigarette seems to have fixed the problem and after a reboot and relaunch seems to now be working (may just be an intermittent issue). I can see other tickets have been raised for this.

Now on my way to Lave to find something in that region to land on.
