Newcomer / Intro Horizons/Odyssey instancing

I presume that players using the two different "versions" won't share an instance (they'll never "see" one another). Is that correct?

ATM Horizons and Odyssey players use two different sets of servers - same universe
once Odyssey releases on console Horizons and Odyssey will merge back into one server where you will play with everybody but only get access to the content you own
