[Horizons] System map still bugs after seven years ?!

Did you take the pics over the bgs tick? Often different screens update at different times. Worth relogging (including launcher), and checking you aren't near the tick.
Does it mean there was no tick yesterday night ? Then how the value in status summary could have changed ?Elite BGS

Hmm, weird. You'd have to ask a BGS expert. fdev have been breaking things recently. It's possible there was some partial tick but out of my area of expertise. If it wasn't around a tick I have no clue. Now you must wait for an expert 
which may be a very long wait…………………….
