horizontally pipes ?

People still using 2.1 basically
I still do, they are going to need to take all scenery rotation from my dead pry hands lol

I hope people are filling the Feedback forum with requests for full rotation of the scenery objects. The pipe is not a building wall, so let the pipe and other scenery prices have full rotation on all axis.

I can kind of see how have full rotation on building walls would complicate things (I feel that even this should have a toggle to be unlockable, as long as it doesn't take tons and tons of coding to implement).

I have bought the alpha release access, but haven't been able to play yet, so I've been staying out of the Alpha Feedback and bug reporting forums for now. Maybe that is a bad decision.

all the scaffolding and metal objects should be "scenery" so that we can build supports and other structures with them, without being restricted by the grid....one thing that frustrates me, for instance the black metal structures have NO horizontal pieces at all, at least give me some horizontal pieces if your going to lock me to a grid.
 
I really hope too, that this feature will come back with the next Alpha. It gives a lot more possibilities to use walls and wall parts. I really don't know why they always remove useful bugs and let the useless ones in the game.
 
Well, it's not a pipe so much as it is a support column, like the wooden column, and it's intent is to hold up ceilings and the like.

But this metal column and the wooden column and every single piece I can position and place in the game should be fully rotatable. With Snap-to (selected object, building grid, path, etc.) if I want to, but free otherwise.
