Took a hostage rescue mission. The target would be in Paegliani from 22:35-11:05. Jumped to the system and scanned the Nav Beacon. The instruction I received said to drop in to SSs to find the target. I dropped in to about 8 or 9 SSs and no sign of my target.
I've only tried one mission. Was I doing something wrong? Anyone else had targets fail to spawn in 2.1?
