This is Vice President Jody Hampton, or Veep has he likes to be called. the public head of the Ancients of Mumu who deals with the day to day running of the faction while the actual leaders are off out and about being generally useless.
Jody is very active in the social circles of Phekda and often mingles with the many tourists to Phekda's 4 earthlike planets, spontaneously arriving at a tourist resort with an army of vehicles full of drinks and food and starting a massive party.
Rumours that many women who arrive in Phekda on holiday leave with a bun in the oven after meeting Jody are greatly exaggerated!
