Hotas not recognized

For about a week everything was working just fine. My Hotas was recognized and everything was working just fine in the game, Then yesterday, I logged into the game and I would leave the station or where ever it was I was at, and my ship was drifting. Now the game doesn't even recognize my Hotas?

How can I fix this? Please help...someone?

Check your control settings and make sure that it is still using the one for the HOTAS. If you start ED without the HOTAS plugged in,or with it connected to a different USB port, then it may not recognize it.

Sometimes Windows 10 will assign new device IDs to game controllers. Try replugging the hotas WHILE the machine is on, and then go into the game controller panel and check that it is responding within each controller window.

If it is working in the device's window for the system, then make sure that you have the binds right. Never hurts to go and look at your bind window and even just start to reassign a random button or axis (you don't have to save!). If it reads the button then I would start looking for a binds file backup and restore it.

Windows 10 recognizes it guys but the game does not. I'm trying right now to find the binds file backup right now. In the game's control panel, Thrustmaster Hotas isn't even listed in the list of presets.
