Maybe they're doing something different with them? The beach scenario has all these huts behind the hotel buildings, but if they both return and are still a block where guests walk into darkness, one would then have to question why they weren't available at launch :/

I'm really not enjoying the lack of restaurants. Surely they were good how they were? Having to go from creating restaurants to placing individual hot dog stalls is...a strange devolution.
