How about a really far away station?

Hutton is a cool Thing, i like it to visit the station.
But it's only a one and half hour traveltime.
How about a nice little station 1000 Ly from the bubble, orbiting a white dwarf or neutron star and you need
round about 5-8 hours and 2 full fuel tanks to reach it?

(and find out that an idiot blocking the only med-size landing pad ;-)

Why would anyone want to spend over 2 hours in supercruise? I did the Hutton mug cg but haven't been back since.

An exploration vessel can travel 2000LY/h with ease. Just to put "far away" into perspective ;-).

Still, I wouldn't mind a station at the far end of the galaxy. Fly there with an ASP fitted for mining. Expand the station, have small shipyard available after weeks of CGs. Start a new life there. Sounds great.

i mean 1000LY and then 5-8 Hours supercruise.
But you are right, 1000LY is nothing.
A other station on the other side of our little galaxy... or better: not a station, a little icy planet with a cool station and a cool pub

5-8 hours in SC to get there?

You're having a laugh, I, for one, won't bother! Didn't even bother for Hutton. Time is too precious to spend that long in SC!

1,000Ly is not far. 30-60,000Ly is far.
Oh...I am sorry Sir, we just sold the last one to the gentleman that just left.....

Obsidian Orbital in the Pleiades nebula orbits a blue-white star, the planetary body which the station orbits appears a lovely blue-white colour. It is very far from civilisation and looks amazing in the nebula, it's worth a visit. Landing pad size: Large.

No need. There are a lot of boring things to do in ED right now. [zZzZz]
Fortunately, there are a lot of interesting things, too. [squeeeee]
