You can vote and increase priority for bugs, and if you are really sure that the bug is a new one, make your own report, and wait until other vote it. Without multiple validations, bugs will be ignored.
There is a limit of 5? 10? issues reported, to prevent upvoting all of them. Prioritize FDev efforts into the most important or useful reports.

Not a F1 player, but found the first player reporting bugs in Subreddit r/EliteDangerous .

bad texture or vrong texture load ,verry low lod on max settings ,audio bug and created people have no voice and many more
