How about marine dinosaurs?

There are missing marine dinosaurs in this game like Mosasaurus or Plesiosaur or Liopleurodon and it would have been great

Planet zoo just got an aquatic animals so they can port over the tech!
They already had some aquatic animals from launch, the main thing that changed is that they can dive now, before they were locked to the surface or the bottom.

I think it's more of a saving stuff for the sequel mentality at this point, though I wouldn't assume that they'd be able to easily port over the code either (sure they use the same engine version, but there's years of code on top of that for both games).

I personally think the best possible scenario would be a singular building/species on an animation loop like the Pteranodon is, though it's really just not likely to happen with the time this game has left.

There seems to be a thing about aquatics in the Frontier games. Planet Coaster also did not get a Aquatics dlc, Although the previous version did have them.

Yeah, from what I've heard Planet Coaster couldn't handle water very well at all. On the other hand Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 couldn't handle lighting very well, so it's probably an issue of focusing on some things at the expense of others.

I would love them but it does seem the type that needs to be in from the start. So far in the series we've only had one if I recall and that is a rather large ocean connected enclosure.
