How about music player to the game?

I would like to have additional tab in computer, that could allow me to switch music while i play game.
I mean game music, i like those from Horizons exploration theme.
I have this idea because... our ship is like car right? I mean we are inside cockpit and it feels like ...
Every car have music player inside...I think ships also need to have souch a thing!

Having something along the lines of what American Truck Sim and Euro Truck Sim 2 have would be ideal. Then you can switch between radio stations and music already on your pc.

Python also have something similar to 70th year radio at left side in cockpit.

No. I want to listen game audio. I just want to switch it when i need and select from the list.
I really like these Horizon themed songs... That's what i want to be able to listen even when i just sitting in the base.
Elite game audio really is good!

I had the same issue. Here is what I did. If you are playing on steam the use shift-tab to open the steam menu during play. From there you can open the steam music player. You have to set up your music player in steam by directing it to your music files but, it is quite easy to have multiple playlists and switch them at your convenience. I have a classic space rock playlist and one of just Sci-fi movie soundtracks. It is awesome blasting people to The Last Starfighter or Starship Troopers soundtracks. You have to mute you music in the audio options and the steam music player has an adjustable volume and you can randomize you playlists. I do wish for a display within the cockpit though. Hope this helps.
