How am I supposed to do this mission?

I've got a settlement raid, "eliminate the criminal faction occupying the settlement" then was warned they are aware I'm coming and to be prepared for a fight.

Issue is, I can't even get on the ground close enough to the settlement as there are anacondas trying to blast me out of the sky the moment I enter their space and I can't even get their shields down with my ship weapons.

The game isn't expecting me to take down 2 anacondas, right?

Did you try landing 2km away from the settlement? That's a short drive in the SRV.

I didn't, will the ships not fire on my SRV?

If I have a settlement mission now I NEVER land at the base, even if it's an empty one. I park my ship with the entrance (blue circle) pointing at the base for a quick getaway. I learnt this lesson while robbing an empty settlement blind and then suddenly I hear a ship approaching. I ran like hell for my ship (having to run the length of an ASP) and got away before the guards arrived, but it was a heart stopping moment! (was actually a fun experience after the fact and now I'm always jumpy even if there's nobody around)

Another tip I picked up. If the base DOES turn against you DO NOT get in your ship that you've parked within gun range. Dismiss your ship and slip out the back of the base running into the darkness (at least 500m away). Then recall your ship and make your escape!

Can't turn the antigun turrets off anymore...

I managed to turn everything else off, but there's way more loot here. I found a workaround for now, if you call your ship and manage inventory without getting into it you can transfer your loot and loot more. But I'm not sure what happened to this switch, the rest work (incl. settlement alarms)
