How big is the Hitbox of a Zookeeper?

I'm currently working on a Snow Leopard Enclosure and the Zookeepers can't reach the Food Items. I already changed the Cave Entrance a few Times. 2 Times it got back to unreachable a few Seconds after I fixed it, so I'm not sure if it's a Bug. I hope someone can tell me how big exactly the Hitbox is

I've seen it said that the hitbox and travsersible area of a springbok is the closest gauge, however it's not totally accurate because zookeepers can use climbable objects to a certain extent as well.

OK, maybe it will help if I test it with a Sprinbok

Alternatively, you can make ramps using climbing pieces if terrain/rockwork is the issue. I can at least guarantee that keepers use those (I built a giant panda habitat with a dropped front and used climbing ramps as a means of getting down to the lowered area for both keepers and pandas, and it worked perfectly).

The Ground is completely flat at the Cave Entrance. But maybe it will somehow help anyway. But I can't test it currently because my Computer is slow for some Reason, so I decided to turn it off for some Time

I've finally found out what was wrong. I only needed to slightly adjust the Angle of the Roof. Somehow I didn't thought about that earlier 😅
