How can I best voice my support for full VR support in Odyssey?

So I've been playing Elite Dangerous for awhile, and the VR support around the launch of the Rift and Vive is what initially drew me into it. I was a bit sad when Frontier announced that VR wouldn't be fully supported for Odyssey at launch, since it's always been first and foremost a VR game for me. I've taken a break from the game for a bit now, since it felt like I was being left behind by the future of where Elite is going, since VR may not be in that future. (I hope I'm wrong...)

I totally understand that supporting VR wasn't within the scope of their resources and priorities for launching the expansion, and can imagine all the reasons that they would want to get the gameplay itself just right before thinking about updating if for first-person VR as well. But I really hope they do add it, after launch. I'm not even competitive, I just want the experience of being there and exploring the full galaxy in VR.

I haven't yet pre-ordered the expansion, since I figured I'd wait until they actually had full VR support. But would it be better to show support for the xpac and get it now? I don't know if they will ever add VR support (they haven't committed to it, at least). Or should I let my wallet do the talking and hold off on buying it until they at least commit to VR support in first-person?

In fact they have it ready, the VR is working well on vanity camera from the 'shoulder'.
I do not know why they implemented 2d screen projection in fact because they have proper implementation (facegun like in subnautica) already almost done. Even now playing on vanity camera is much better than on 2d projection.

It's so close to being there - I had some issues around frame rates dropping but a visit the menu and back fixed that so (from a programmer's experience) that would seem to be an easy one to fix - I suspect its just a matter of resource allocation and priorities - it would seem there are no obvious blockers to making it into the game in the fullness of time - hope springs eternal.

Have you given a thumbs up to the VR proposal in the Suggestions forum?

I think it’s up there with the most voted for suggestions ever.

If you do end up getting Odyssey, I can highly recommend using the camera suite when on foot to simulate a “proper” first-person view, or as a Mass Effect style third-person shoulder cam.
