How can I delivery settlement's mission??

Was it a pop up mission sent via message?
Just "Mission Successfully" message. There is nothing to move.
I look settlement's panels on foot. Also there is nothing to deliveryThat looks like a Ship Mission, from those piccy's.
Is the OP trying to deliver the completed Mission on foot?

Seems most likely (as photo was trying to say) that you picked the mission up in space for delivery to an EDO base. Those are bugged and broken at the moment.

According to eddb that location is owned by Mother Gaia, hence you cannot hand in the mission for Sol Workers Party. ofc the settlement may have changed hands as eddb is 3 days old, but it's likely the known bug. @FrogsFriend will be along with a link so you can confirm

Don't let it get at you cmdr, it's happened to us all in this game, spending hours, sometimes days doing an activity.......all for nothing in the end!
Take it as a lesson learned & move on, next time you get a Message for these types of Missions, do like I do, BIN 'EM.....they're not worth the trouble.
