How can I fix this?

Hi, I just figured out how to get VR working, sort of. But what I have here is a border, or should I say, it looks to me as if I'm looking out of a box at a screen. How do I fix this and get full screen without this box around my character? If you can see the pic, there is what I see there, but this grey box that I'm looking out of. I have a Dell Alienware R11 upgraded by myself, and a Pimax Crystall headset. Looks like the game set it up at max settings. I played around a bit with it, but cannot get rid of this grey box thing around what I look at in game. Any help would be appreciated.

On foot in VR thats what you get unfortunately, no way to change.
Its been a complaint of VR players since the beginning.

Hm. Ok. That sux though. I was thinking of playing with camera to try this morning, until I read this. So aboard ship it looks ok? I never checked that as I was walking around the station where I was docked. Just got this Crystal back in Feb/March. The thing's awesome, but it took some upgrading of the PC to use it properly, like going from a 3060 to a 4070, Replacing with Fiber cable, etc.

The closest we can currently get to full on-foot VR is using the camera suite and repositioning the camera to just in front the avatar’s head. You’re unable to interact with things and it is impossible to aim anywhere near accurately but it looks nice if you just want to take in the sights.

Alrighty, so it's something that would have to be done at Dev level and nothing I can do here, got it. Thank you.
