how can i get on the ship again

Hi guys, I have a question: I came back on my station where I have a ship. I arrive here with a transport ship and I paid for the trip. Now I don't know how can go up to my ship in this station. I am walking inside the station and I tried to read an option on my menu but I don't find the way. Someone can help me please?

the station main elevators should give you access to your ship's current hanger not the military lifts or apex cabbie lifts
if I am understanding your question correctly

I had an issue a day or so ago where I logged out in a station on foot in an alert zone, logged in after the server tick on Wednesday and when I went down to the hanger to go to my ship, there was a bulkhead sealing off the hanger bay.

I couldn't call a shuttle as the Apex services said there wasn't any landable points in the Galaxy, and no missions were being given. Going to the Main Nenu, Help & Info, Stuck Recovery got me yin my ship. Give it a whirl.

Sounds like OP left their active ship and took a taxi to another station where they had a different ship stored.
You need to go to the Inter Astra service desk, talk to the attendant and activate the ship at the station before you can board it.

No shipyard attendant at my station however they have apex.. lol

Had to take a shuttle out of a "hot" situation, went to a large planetary base, nobody at the Astra counter there either.

is that tiffin time for astra staff intended or is it a gfx bug?
I ask because frontline solutions staff are always present even if there is no war
or do you know is it an effect of station service restrictions due to thargoid incursions?

No, they are not there. And they didn't even leave "Be back shortly" sign... Quite rude and unprofessional if you ask me!

If the station doesn't have a shipyard you get an unattended Inter Astra.

Can you rescue stranded CMDRs through physical multicrew? If yes, I'd be willing to pick you up tomorrow night if you are still stuck by then. Cannot move the carrier due to other commitments, but spansh says it's a bit over 40 jumps via neutron boosts for my multicrew-capable ships, so it would take about the same time as the carrier (it's just over 2k, so probably five jumps for my carrier). I will be going online probably somewhere between 17:00 to 18:00 in-game time, if that fits your time zone.

No need to do that. I used the 'stuck' 'option' from the main menu and was returned to my ship. Thanks
