How can I get rid of protestors?

I play career mode on hard difficulty. In scenario #6 I've got the objective to move protestors out of my zoo. Noble cause, great. So I started improving habitats, so my animals were happier. In case of zebras, I had to move them to bigger habitat, so they had some space to run. But this didn't convince protestors that I care:

Had similar issue with elephants, so I decided to sell them out of the zoo. Still, protestors didn't move... Now they are protesting against my treatment of animal that isn't even there:

How can I get rid of them?

In my experience protesters don't immediately leave when the problem is fixed, so I'd give it a moment on max speed. If you've already tried that and they just never leave then it might be bugged

Some other players (me included) had the same issue. Close your zoo to force everyone - including the protesters - to leave. One player also said he deleted the path where they were standing, but I’m not sure this is even necessary. Just be aware that you will lose some money initially since the number of guests will be very low for a bit.

I do also experience this Bug sometimes and use this Method. I think it is better than closing the Zoo because you loose no Money. I don't even know if it would work if you close the Zoo to get rid of bugged Protesters. You can just undo your Action after they are gone, so you don't need to place the Paths manually 😉

Yes, closing the zoo works. But if just deleting the path does the trick - even better! I was just happy to get rid of the protesters, money was no issue, even on “hard” difficulty.

Thanks! I closed the zoo, but had to delete the path as well. This helped, but Im pretty sure this is not the way it should be solved ;)
