How can i place stuff on rides?

Hi all.

I got the spring update.
i see all the new rides like the GO carts and stuff.

and i saw on youtube that now you can place stuff on roller coaster tracks and the train just pass through them.
but when i trying to pus something on tracks or a ride the object came to be red and cnnot placed :\

any suggestion?

No Collision Toggle
• The function to disable collision for scenery, flat rides and coasters has been added to the gameplay settings.
• Previously obstructed blueprints can now be placed again
• Toggle options are located in the Game page of the Gameplay Settings:
• Disable scenery collision
• Disable coaster collision
• Disable ride collision
