Newcomer / Intro How can I save Custom Controls?

user\appdata\local\Frontier developments\Elite dangerous\options\bindings it's the custom binds1.8 file, copy that anywhere and paste back whenever needed. Edit (thx CMDR Yorks) To change the name of your custom keybinds open the file and rename "customs" in line 2 to whatever name you choose, save/rename

Not quite, you have to change the name in line 2:

<Root PresetName="Custom" MajorVersion="1" MinorVersion="8">

Change "Custom" to whatever name you want to show up in the options preset choices menu.
