How can I tell where I can redeem bounty vouchers?

You should be able to search for the station in the galaxy map. Although I know some of them only have a faction name. I have several reasonable bounties that I picked up and have no idea where to get them cashed in because I can't remember who the Blue Brotherhood or some such people are.
Raise a ticket for it and hopefully it'll be sorted in a future build.

So I need to roam from system to system in order to find somewhere to redeem them?
Shows nothing voucher related.

if it says federal/empire/alliance you can cash them in on any of the world belonging to said group.
if it gives a system name then it has to be cashed there and on the correct factions station/outpost.

I might be wrong, but depending on who put the bounty on, it might just be jurisdiction based in most cases. I am not a bounty hunter normally but I have been known to collect a few scalps if attacked and I have started dabbling. It shows on the second tab on your left panel? At the end of each line that shows the accumulated bounties, it had Federal or Empire or a specific system. I assume that is where you cash them in? If its federal you should be able to go to any federal system, etc? Through the Galaxy Map, go to View Tab, Hit Map and select the option to show systems by allegiance, that will help you find the right systems.

i was just about to make a post about this about this, then i saw that KillSlim ran in to the same problem i am having. Alot of the bounties are not giving vouchers. a friend and i killed a python which i got the last hit on and a blue 70,000 popped up in top right conner. it was working fine yesterday. i should also note that the smaller bounties like 145 (fines) are working sorta.
No I havn't died after the voucher was issued.
Left panel transactions tab- Should show a list of bounty credits you have.
Under the bounty credit amount it will say "federation, Empire, or Alliance"
Go to federation station to cash Federation vouchers, to a Empire station to cash empire vouchers, go to a Alliance station to cash Alliance vouchers.
In my case I have lots of $$$$$ to turn in but a long way to travel to get to the systems who can pay me them.

rereading my post i don't think i made it clear that when the bounty for 70,000cr popped up in the right corner i proceeded to check my transactions where the bounties are normally stored, and nothing was there. we killed a couple more targets but nothing over 1000cr bounty was registering.
I see nothing there.
Same situation. I saw the bounty voucher was rewarded in the top right, but I don't see anything in transactions. I havn't died, committed crimes, been fined, etc. I know 40,000 credits isn't much to the backer master race, but it's a hell of a lot for us peasants. Does this mean that the bounty vouchers can't be redeemed if they're not in transactions?
Think me and Dagoon have figured it out - we both received credit form a kill in the info pane, but only I actually received the credit amount in the transaction tab. Every other bounty we've lost its been us and a whole bunch of NPCs on a target at a nav beacon. So our best guess is the kill is being given to multiple people (NPC and player) but only one is actually getting the kill.
If it is one of the main factions Federation, Empire etc, redeem at any station aligned with the faction. You can check this in the system view map.
If it is independent found a bounty last night, you need to dock with the station aligned with that faction. Usually in the system which gave the bounty, again system map, just click on the stations to see the alignment of each station.
