How can the Microceratus and perhaps the Male Nasutoceratops skin make it into the game?

This thread is to share ideas on how Microceratus as a new species for the game could make it in, as well as a possible Male Nasutoceratops skin as it is distinct enough from the current Nasutoceratops to make it in.

I have a couple of ideas:

1. Part of a Free Update, as Microceratus and this Nasutoceratops skin have been established in the franchise for a while.
2. Isla Nublar Dinosaur Pack, I will do another thread covering this particular pack and a couple of other ideas I have, but both these animals were on Isla Nublar, so it would make sense.
3. Most unlikely option would be updated the Malta Expansion to include Microceratus and perhaps the Nasutoceratops skin, considering there are Nasutoceratops as a default species during the campaign.

If you guys have any particular ideas, I would love to hear them, because these two dinosaurs should come into the game before it ends.

Frontier's style of releasing post-release content isn't too "fan service-ish" if that's how you can accurately describe it, and extra paid content generally isn't added into existing DLCs for business reasons. Because of that, the only current theory I have as to how they might do it, assuming something actually is already planned which I have no doubts on for at least the Microceratus, is a separate standalone style DLC in a similar fashion as JWE1's Raptor Squad skin pack for any special time like Christmas or some kind of anniversary.
