How can you find the right Power Play resources - Aquire, Reinforce and Undermine

I'm trying to reinforce a system that is exploited in this cycle (however, its current cycle progress shows it has, or will, move to fortified.) As this is for ALD I'm looking for Garrison Supplies in Stronghold and Fortified systems that are linked to it via a dotted purple line in the strategic map section.

None of the stations in those systems are offering me Garrison Supplies, only Corruption Reports. Which, if I'm correct in thinking, are only used for systems that are not exploited, fortified or strongholds but expansion targets which are shown on the map as empty white circles.

Am I missing something obvious?

Do certain supplies run dry or supply is affected by other factors?

Perhaps even better, I'm simply missing an information page or map button that holds the answer and just haven't found it?

According to @CMDR Kraag 's guide on reddit while Acquisition resources are available at both Fortified and Stronghold power contacts, Reinforcement ones are only available at Strongholds, so make sure to check any Stronghold systems if you can.

Reinforcement and Undermining cargo are only available from Strongholds - however, unlike Acquisition cargo, they don't have range limits so you don't need the dotted line.

That was rather embarrassing.

It seems I tried to be logical and checked system after system but it turns out I was methodical instead; checking each system by proximity from closest out to farthest. Had I been logical I’d have tried a fortified system and then a stronghold system.

Instead I got huffy after visiting lots of fortified systems but zero strongholds and asked for help on the forums. That’s what an artistic temperament can do to you!

Really appreciate your logical help
