How come the station bobble head is glowing like a bulb now?

According to the patch notes. That is fixed. and is on purpose.

I see this in the patch notes:

• Bobbleheads adjusted so they are brighter

...but in this case I think it should say:

• Bobbleheads adjusted so they are 20 times too bright.
