Everyone got it when Frontier did their 25th Anniversary earlier in the year.

It was a special reward for the 25th anniversary of Elite Dangerous. We were all asked to fly a massive total of flying hours and if they topped a certain target, they were giving away the Cobra paint to everyone, which they did
