Engineers How do Datapoints reset ?

So i found a nice system with 5 Settelments (low+) and 4 (med++) to get some Firmeware for engineers. now i did all the settlements and sold the data. But now when i go again to the settlements i says datapoint allready accesst , hmm doese that mean i can only do settlements datapoint one time and then never agian

but that would be plain stupid , now i can make for every system i made datapoints a bookmark that i scan them lol. And with missions you just can lock in and out pls FIX FD00

Was also wondering the same thing. I revisited some I'd tapped a 3 days ago and they are not reset still. Leads me to think they are a one time only thing.
